This chicken recipe is seriously so easy and turns out so yummy! It’s gluten and sugar free and is a great go to recipe when you have a busy day and just want a healthy, quick & easy recipe.
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thawed (I used 4)
- chopped raw broccoli, cauliflower, pea pods, carrots
- Olive Oil & garlic salt (if desired)
Directions: Put your chicken in deep casserole dish and drizzle honey over it. Use your hands to rub the honey over all sides of the chicken breasts. Put all your veggies in a large plastic ziploc type bag. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and a dash of garlic salt (if desired). Toss veggies inside bag until evenly coated. Distribute veggies over chicken in casserole dish. Cook dish uncovered at 350 until chicken is done (20-30 minutes).
Like I said, easy-peasy and definitely a meal you’ll come back to again and again.
