I used to prep healthy snacks that my kids could grab quick– they would eat ANYTHING!! I stopped doing that and found that I couldn’t find anything quick during my busy day… so I would just grab something quick out of the cupboard. Then they started to get picky and only wanted cereal, crackers, and fruit bars.
So now, I am back to prepping snacks. It really does make it so much quicker to get them a snack, it is healthy, AND helps them not be so picky. WIN!!! #healthytrainingbeginsagain #nomorepickyeaters
Here are a few tips for meal/snack prep for kiddos!! Remember, if you bring healthy foods home- prepare healthy foods for them- after time they will WANT to eat those foods!!
